Along with being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Scott is also nationally certified as a Fitness Trainer. He currently works at L.A. Fitness in Gresham and notice time and time again the benefits of being trained. Training also has given him the chance to know the role massage can have in being trained. Unfortunately, many sophisticated exercise programs regard aches and pain as the inevitable price to be paid. This is not true. ** All first time Personal Training Clients will be assessed $10 for the first appointment to receive evaluations. To insure safety all clients must fill out a Health history questionnaire.


Note: Each session is arranged for 30 minutes. Prices are based on travel, equipment usage, and time. Most 30 minutes massages will take place after a training session. Full hour massages or more will be the normal massage prices.

Each personal training package expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
