In Office Services include all of the Touch Modalities listed below as well as Sports Massage.

Touch Modalities include:
Swedish Massage

Gentle relaxing massage that affects the mood and tension through surface manipulations.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is the integration of any modalities into Swedish massage that affects the fascial systems of the body by using deep manual manipulations.

Injury Massage

Our purpose with injury massage is to look for the cause of dysfunction and help relieve chronic and acute pain by working on major muscles in segments with specific, deeper technique to stimulate individual muscle fibers.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is the use of water in any use of its three forms: solid, liquid, or vapor, internally or externally, in the treatment of disease or trauma. A thermal application on the external areas of the body using hot and cold hydrotherapy to aid or assist the body’s natural healing process

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is a highly-effective technique used to alleviate chronic pain and dysfunction.

Reflexology

Our bodies have visible reflexes which work to protect and maintain balance. These reflexes result from information gathered externally from our environment perceptions and internally from the body’s organs. Reflexology supports the premise of a relationship between areas of the hands and feet to specific parts of the body.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the bones of the head, spinal column, sacrum, and the underlying structures. The main objective of this work is to find restrictions and/or compression in these areas and use specifically designed techniques to release these areas.

Sports Massage

The manipulation of soft tissues prior to, during, and after exercise can help promote physical, physiological, and psychological changes that aid performance and recovery.

Fitness Training

The process of  teaching the muscles to work at maximum efficiency while keeping the body adequately flexible.  This allows you to burn fat, improve circulation and reduce risk of injury regardless of the activity you are engaged in.
